The students I have in band, their parents are always involved in the activities that the kids are involved in, and as long as you know what your kids are doing and you’re involved in it, they’re excited about it and they’re going to do better in school.
One good thing about Lakeside is I have an extremely supportive administration and parents, and the students are coming from a great community where Silver Creek is located, where all the parents in that area kind of group together and support the program."
