Are You Ready For Digital TV?

If you watch TV over the air or with cable, you've been watching an analog broadcast standard called "NTSC". It was developed in the early days of television broadcasting. "Digital Television," or DTV, is the new standard for TV that allows stations to broadcast higher quality sound and pictures.

By law, TV stations must switch to DTV on February 17th, 2009.

KUVI TV broadcasts a digital signal on digital channel 55, call letters KUVI-DT.
This is a free, over-the-air digital signal that you can receive with a suitable antenna (indoor or outdoor) and a TV with a digital tuner.
This signal may not be available in all areas.
