“I have been teaching at Wayside for 9 years.
I became a teacher because I just love children and I wanted to make a difference in their lives.
I would tell young teachers to be flexible, loving, kind, and to look at each student as an individual person.
My teaching philosophy is to be there for the students. To love them. Not to judge and to have an open mind and a heart.
My advice to my students is to be what you can be by doing all that you can do and to believe in themselves.
