“I’ve been a teacher for 13 years, 12 of them here in the Greenfield District. I’ve always had a lot of love for young children; fostering learning in young children.
What I’m trying to do here is make a safe, stable environment for my kids. Because, they don’t all come from the best neighborhoods or the richest families. But they’re important to me, their safety, and they’re loved. Taking care of them is what I and my colleagues do best. We do it everyday, with our hearts wide open.
The 20 faces that I see in my classroom everyday are the reason I get up in the morning. Every single child deserves an opportunity to be a fabulous learner.
